If u have problems with ladders in your ots and all ppl tell you, u have to use original otb file.

BUG: if something is on the same place where ladder is - u cant go up.

SOLUTION: U have to download this
https://github.com/ottools/ItemEditor/
and search for ladder. Then on ladder
set
force use
and
stack order: bottom
